Business Development Intern (f/m/d)

We are looking for an
Business Development Intern (f/m/d) – Tourism
to join our headquarters in Munich

What you can expect:

You will support us in the acquiring new clients to grow our international tourism business
You will actively support us from the conception to the implementation of international projects (drafting proposals, contacting international offices, following up on potential and ongoing projects, etc.)
You will work closely and continuously on ongoing business development projects with executives at group and country levels
You will contribute directly to the success of our business development team by conducting research and preparing materials to win new clients and guide our expansion
You will support our day-to-day business in business development and administrative tasks
You will connect with colleagues and partners from all over the world
You will drive your own projects to expand our business
You will work on various internal corporate knowledge management initiatives-improving and reshaping our knowledge-sharing platfom and onboarding tools

Your qualifications:

You are currently a student in Tourism Management, International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
You are looking for a mandatory internship, ideally for 6 months
You demonstrate initiative and forward-thinking in your approach to problem-solving
You are driven, eager to learn, and possess a self-starter mentality
You are highly communicative, creative, and able to work effectively both in teams and independently
You have strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
You are fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in German and other languages is a plus
You possess excellent MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint; experience with design software is an advantage
