MANAGER, RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT FOOD (M/F/D) (TEAMLEITER F&E FOOD)
LOCATION: POTSDAM / BERLIN

YOUR TASKS:

Management and leadership of the R&D team
Strategy development for new and existing products
Allocation of resources and coordination of work and studies
Overseeing scientific protocols, data analysis, and reports
Conduct technical and scientific observations, including competitor evaluation
Working closely with scientists, technical assistants, and product managers

YOUR PROFILE:

PhD in Microbiology or Molecular Biology or comparable professional training
At least 10 years of professional experience in the food microbiology sector
Experience in a professional laboratory at a management and strategic level (assay development, manufacturing expertise, leadership experience)
Good knowledge of certification processes
Understanding of the diagnostics business
Proficient in MS Office applications
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Structured and conscientious work ethic, flexibility, and a hands-on mentality
